Delete Your Account
Request permanent deletion of your Iqraa account and associated data.
⚠️ This action is permanent
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- Your profile (name, email, avatar, school, branch)
- Your study progress, scores, and skill mastery
- Your battle/match history and leaderboard data
- Your coins, ELO rating, and achievements
- Your preferences and settings
This action cannot be undone.
How to delete your account
Option 1 — From inside the app (recommended):
- Open the Iqraa app.
- Go to the Profile tab.

Open Settings and select
"Delete account" (guest accounts) or
"Delete my account".
- Confirm the deletion. Your data is removed from our systems.
Option 2 — By email:
If you cannot access the app (for example, you no longer have the
device or the account), send us a deletion request by email. Include
the email address used for your account (for Google sign-in) or your
guest identifier shown in the app, so we can locate and delete the
correct account.

ℹ️ What happens after deletion?
- We process deletion requests within 30 days.

Your account and personal data are permanently removed from our
database.

Anonymised aggregate statistics may be retained where they cannot be
linked back to you.
